• HOW CAN I ORDER?

    Orders can be placed directly through the website. 

    Once you have added the last item to your shopping cart please follow the checkout process.  

    It is possible to place an order via phone M - F 8:30am - 4:00pm (UK Time).

     

  • IS THERE AN ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

    All orders must be placed by the following times:

    UK: 2.30pm (GMT)

    FRANCE: 2pm (CET)

    EUROPE: 2pm* (CET)

    We will aim to ship orders within these times, orders are generally shipped by the next working day.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

    Orders can only be cancelled or changed if they have not yet been prepared for dispatch. Please note all orders placed before 2.30 GMT will be shipped the same day otherwise it will be the next working day.

    If your order has yet to be shipped and you wish to either cancel or change it please contact us to let us know.

  • HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

    You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering, this will include your order number and details.   

    If you don't receive either email, please contact us HERE.

  • CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

    Yes, why not deliver straight to family, friends, your workplace or even a a holiday destination. Just include the preferred delivery address details when ordering.

  • CAN I SEND ORDERS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

    Yes but you must place each order separately.

  • WHAT IF I MISS THE CUT OFF TIME?

    If you place an order after our cut off time your order will not be shipped until the next working day.

    If you have yet to place an order and it is after our cut off time you can always check Amazon who might be able to offer quicker delivery.

  • WHAT ABOUT BANK HOLIDAYS?

    We are closed during all official bank holidays. We will not ship any orders on these days - all orders will be shipped the next working day.

    Our website will be kept up to date with all closures.

  • I HAVEN'T USED MY BLOCCS® COVER ARE THEY RETURNABLE?

    We hope that you are happy with your cover but if it has been less than 30 days since purchase and the cover is unused and in its original condition you are able to return it. Simply create an account here. Once logged in you should be able to see your order details as well as an option to request a return. Once approved you will receive an email with the return instructions.

  • I HAVE RECEIVED MY COVER BUT WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE.

    If you need a different sized cover from your original order you can return your cover and reorder one in the correct size.

    We are always available to help with any sizing inquiries you can check out our sizing page or contact us directly if you need any help.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To help speed up your shopping experience we also accept Express Check out options: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

    Delivery options vary depending on payment method.

  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

    All payments are charged at the time of order through those services per their standard usage agreements. Bloccs® does not retain your payment information.

  • UK 24HR TRACKED - ÂŁ3.95

    Aims for next day Mon-Sat.

    Please note that whilst this service aims for 24 hours it cannot be guaranteed.

  • UK SPECIAL DELIVERY BY 1PM - ÂŁ9.95

    Next day Mon-Sat

    This option is not available for deliveries on a Sunday.

    Signature required for delivery.

  • FIRST CLASS (GUERNSEY AND JERSEY) - ÂŁ3.95

    Between 2- 3 working days.

    Tracking numbers are not provided with this service. Available for the Channel Islands only.

  • Tracking Information

    Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination.

  • Collection

    Collections are currently only available from our factory in Yate near Bristol, England Mon-Fri 9am - 3pm.

    Orders can be placed in advance over the phone. Contact us here for more information.

  • Guernsey and Jersey

    Delivery times to Guernsey and Jersey may vary depending on selected delivery method.

  • Deliveries to France- ÂŁ3.50

    Delivery time: 1 to 3 days (within France only)

  • Deliveries to the Rest of Europe- ÂŁ6.50

    Delivery time: 2 to 5 days (to Europe)

    Within Europe we can currently only ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Mainland Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden.

    Please note: we cannot currently ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands.

  • USA & AUSTRALIA

    Orders are shipped locally.
